What do airplanes have to do with cheese?! Why are you named Flight? 

The theme of Flight Cheese Shop is being able to travel by tastebuds! With our selection of local and imported cheeses, you can feel like you're eating your way around the world from the comfort of your own home! 

The name was originally discovered when I was at a restaurant and they served a beer flight - where you could try several small samples of many different kinds of beers. Beer flights are very popular, wine flights exist, although not as popular but there is no place where you can get a small sample of different cheeses! And then the idea for Flight Cheese Shop was born! 

I'm looking for a specific cheese, do you carry it? 

There are thousands of different cheeses from all around the world, and since Flight is such a small cheese counter it's very unlikely that I'll have exactly what you're looking for. But, unlike a lot of other cheese shops in Kingston, if you have a request for a certain cheese, I'll do my best to bring it in! I can't make any promises, but I'll do what I can to get your favourite cheese to be available in Kingston!! 

Can you make a charcuterie tray for 10 people? 

Yes! We'd love to put together a charcuterie board for your event. Our boxes that are available for pre-order online serve anywhere between 2-10 people, but for larger boards contact us to discuss your options and what would suit you best! 

Can I have a custom In Flight Feature box with my choice of 6 cheeses? 

In Flight Feature boxes are created with specific cheeses and weights to make sure that your cost will always stay the same. The cheeses do vary, but so do their weights to make sure that you're getting the best value for the price! If you'd like something custom, send me an email with what you're looking for and we can talk about the different options and what will work best! 

Do you sell gift cards? 

Yes! We have both physical gift cards as well as e-gift certificates! If you'd like to purchase an e-gift card online, visit this link.

Can you deliver cheese outside of Kingston? 

We've looked into the logistics of delivering cheese outside of Kingston, and because of our limited inventory and projected cost of shipping, we're not offering this service at this time. 

If you'd like delivery within Kingston, contact us to arrange delivery and we'll set you up with a local courier for an additional fee.
